Correction Services

Identification and correction of retirement plan operational and compliance errors such as missed deferrals, late enrollment, employer contribution discrepancies, eligiblity errors, missed or late Form 5500 returns, coverage issues due to controlled group or affiliated service group employer relationships. We provide review and guidance to employers to help them navigate the IRS and DOL correction programs including EPCRS and DFVCP to resolve issues efficiently and reduce penalties and goverment enforcement risk.

Trustee / Fiduciary Review Meetings

Independent compliance review of plan proceedures and operations, as well as faciliation of annual Trustee and Fiduciary review, including meeting minutes that align with Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service recomendations for plan documentation.

Plan Design Analysis

We work direclty with business owners to review company budgets and identify strategic employee benefit goals. These can be incorporated into a custom retirement benefit program that maximizes tax savings, optimizes contributions & benefits, while minimizing expenses and business liability exposure.

Ongoing 401(k) plan Third Party Administration (TPA) Services including eligibility verification, regulatory complinace testing, trust reconcilliation, Safe Harbor and Employer contribution calculations, annual 5500 series form preparation and participant notices, as well as plan document services.
